Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by the customer: Before processing any refund Mr Walker is reserved to decide to make best effort to complete this as we have specified by the booking in question customer care for a temporary suspend their walk dog walk sessions and Mr Walker will maintain their credits in their account for up to a maximum of 180 calendar days Dog working service can be resumed anytime during within the suspension period ended. Resuming the service in such cases is subject to the customer notifying Mr Walker at least 10 days in advance of the desired resume date and is directed by availability of the dog walker percent to the terms detailed in section 2 of terms of service.
2. Replacement request: If a customer is dissatisfied with the service he or she is receiving from a dog walker then the customer shall notify Mr Walker at admin@mrwalker.co.in In such a case Mr Walker reserves the right to make best effort to complete the service as specified by the booking in question. Mr Walker may take 10 to 15 days from the date from the customer requested a replacement to locate a replacement of the walker. There shall be no meet and greet session schedule for the placement and only one replacement is allowed for booking if we are unable to locate or assign a replacement or walker within 30 days of replacement request date a refund will be issued to the sum of remaining number of sessions in the booking. A refund transaction may take up to 10 working days to process.
3. Cancellation by the dog walker: If a dog walker cancels of booking prior to or during the service period identifying the booking we reserve the right to make best effort to allocate a different dog walker to the booking. We make no commitment or promises to schedule meet and greet sessions under such circumstances however we will make best efforts to schedule a meet and greet. If we are unable to locate and assign or replacement of workers within 30 days of the previous dog walkers termination date, a refund may be issued to the sum of remaining numbers of sessions in the booking on upload rated basis. A refund transaction may take up to 10 working days to process.
4. Refund for failure to perform: If we determine in our reasonable discretion that a dog walker has failed to provide Dog walking service as agreed with the pet owner or is otherwise in breach of these terms then we may in our reasonable to discretion attempt to replace the dog walkers pursuant to the policy started in section 1 above.
5. Force majeure: The cancellation/define policy is described herein may not apply in the event of certain emergency situations beyond the control of Mr Walker and the dog walkers that make it impossible or impractical to perform agreed booking search Force majeure events including But not limited to floods , War, Pandemics global all national health crisis. In such cases Mr Walker deserve the side to reasonably complete the service as is possible upon situation being safe for the Dog walkers over others operational Mr Walker staff neither the company nor the dog wolker shall be liable for damage for any delay or failure to perform its obligations, or to have obligations to issue the refund here under if such delay or failure is due to cause beyond its control or without its fault or negligence, due to such force majeure event.
6. General terms for cancellation: If you wish to cancel a booking or request replacement, you should use the mechanism available through the Mr Walker platform to do so or email at admin@mrwalker.co.in , for purposes of the policies and terms in this section is the date of the cancellation/replacement request is the date that the use of cancers/request replacement to tell Mr Walker is platform all to us directly at admin@mrwalker.co.in regardless of any separated Communication between the customers and the dog walkers outside of the Mr Walker platform.
